The bad is,
I went over my daily points yesterday -
the good is, the balance (2) came out of my weekly extra points.
The bad is ,
I snacked all after noon and for dinner -
the good is I snacked on low calorie stuff.. as opposed to the "crack chips " ( lays low salt chips... I LOVE these dang things! )
The good is... I went walking in the park yesterday after work!!!
