Okay so I am not good at this blog thing.... yet.
Just to update. I have not been doing a fantastic job on weightloss, although I have loss some.
I have started Zumba. I am excited about that. I can not do all of the moves, but I KEEP MOVING throught out the entire hour taht I am there. For me that is a plus. My goal is to continue Zumba twice a week and add an additinoal 2 days a week at a gym doing the bike and strength training.
My brain is constantly aware of what I am supposed to be doing and THAT is major. I dont really have bouts of binge eating and THAT is major. I know it seems as though I am not doing my best, and that may be true to a degree. This is my process and I am doing it the best I can right now. I am buying workout clothing. I have a workout bag. My Ipod is charged, and I may be moving slow toward my goal..... but I AM MOVING!!
